What you should know
Plain Jane & Co require a minimum order of $250 with subsequent orders having a minimum of $200.
All wholesale orders are 'made to order', you are not purchasing pre-made stock. All orders will be shipped within 3 weeks of the order being placed unless notified otherwise. This timeframe may need to be extended for orders in excess of 50 pairs and during peak retail trade. A dispatch date will be confirmed with you once your order has been placed. Orders will NOT be shipped prior to payment being made in FULL.
Earrings may arrive with slight variations in size and pattern as every pair is individually made by hand in small batches.
If you are after something in particular that isn't available on the website, please don’t hesitate to ask. Custom colours and designs are also available by request.

Payment can be made via Credit Card, PayPal or Direct Deposit.
Card and Paypal payments can be made by selecting 'Credit Card' or 'Paypal' at checkout, please follow the prompts once you have selected your preferred payment method.
If you would prefer to pay via Direct Deposit please select 'Bank Deposit' at checkout. You will have 7 days to pay your order in full into the following bank account:

Please note we DO NOT ACCEPT AFTERPAY payments for wholesale orders. If this option is selected and a checkout is completed using AFTERPAY, your order will be cancelled immediately and you will be asked to re-submit your order using one of the above three payment options.
All orders are sent via Australia Post using tracked parcel post (AUS domestic only). You will be provided the tracking details via email once your parcel is on the way. We offer the following flat rate shipping options which will you will be required to select at checkout.
Please note choosing Express Shipping does not speed up the processing time. It is a shipping method only.

All Plain Jane & Co. earrings are attached to an individual ‘Plain Jane’ branded card, which is the size of a generic business card.
Plain Jane & Co. items are not to be re-branded or portrayed as another persons work under any circumstances, unless previously discussed.
Returns & Exchanges
Plain Jane & Co. do not accept returns or exchanges on change of mind purchases. However, we will happily discuss exchanges should you contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship items back within 14 days of delivery. Items must return in their original unworn condition in their original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is also responsible for any loss in value. Refunds/Exchanges will not be processed until the item is returned and assessed.
Due to the nature of some items we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on custom or personalised items or items on sale.
Plain Jane & Co. will replace items if they are not as per your itemised order or are not as described. If your items are damaged in transit please attend your local post office for an assessment.
If you do receive an item that is not as described you are required to contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item for assessment. Please do not return your item prior to making contact as we may not be able to provide a refund or replacement on an item that was not previously discussed/assessed.
Unfortunately we do not accept order cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
